Orders are normally dispatched within three (3) working days of receipt of payment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer fails to accept delivery, fails to collect the parcel within the carrier's collection period, provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or otherwise prevents successful delivery, and the parcel is subsequently returned to ISLE29, ISLE29's delivery obligation shall be deemed fulfilled.
Any additional shipping, storage, customs, or other charges resulting from the failed delivery are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer wishes the parcel to be dispatched again, re-dispatch will be arranged only after the parcel has been successfully returned to ISLE29 and upon payment of all additional costs.
Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving any reason.

The Product must be returned within 14 days of notifying ISLE29 of the withdrawal.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the Product.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation after the returned Product has been received or proof of return has been provided.
