Piano Programmes Terms and Conditions

  • These terms apply to all courses forming part of the Saule Piano Programme. The duration, number of lessons, and syllabus of each course are specified on the relevant course page and in the Enrolment Agreement.

  • Each lesson lasts 40 minutes.

  • An Enrolment Agreement is prepared upon receipt of the student's enrolment details and must be signed by both parties before the course begins.

  • Once the Enrolment Agreement has been signed by both parties, an invoice for the full course fee will be issued. Payment may be made by bank card or Bitcoin (BTC). The course commences upon receipt of payment.

  • The student has the right to withdraw from the Enrolment Agreement before the first scheduled lesson, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation. Once the first lesson has taken place, the course becomes non-refundable and a no-cancellation policy applies for the remainder of the programme.

  • The programme is suitable for students from 8 years of age. Children from 6 years of age may enrol provided that a parent or legal guardian is present throughout each lesson.

  • The lesson timetable is agreed in advance according to the availability of both the student and the teacher and forms part of the Enrolment Agreement.

  • All lessons are personally taught by Saule Tokenova using her innovative piano teaching method and are conducted online via Microsoft Teams.

  • Students must have access to an acoustic piano or a digital piano with a full-size keyboard (88 keys), a stable internet connection, and a camera (phone, tablet, or webcam) positioned to provide a clear view of the entire keyboard and both hands throughout each lesson. The student's face does not need to be visible.

  • All teaching materials are supplied electronically or by post, as appropriate. Students receive complimentary access to Saule Tokenova's signature teaching tutorials and music score materials.

  • The programme is designed so that most practice takes place during the lessons. Additional home practice is encouraged but is not essential.

  • Individual lessons may be rescheduled provided that the teacher is given at least 24 hours' notice. Lessons missed without sufficient notice are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

  • If the teacher is unable to conduct a scheduled lesson due to illness, technical difficulties, or other unforeseen circumstances, the lesson will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient time at no additional cost.

  • In the event of a temporary technical interruption beyond either party's reasonable control, the lesson will resume as soon as practicable or be rescheduled by mutual agreement.

  • The duration, lesson schedule, and syllabus of the Tailored Piano Programme are agreed individually and specified in the Enrolment Agreement.

  • All teaching materials, tutorials, music scores, and the teaching method remain the intellectual property of Saule Tokenova. They are licensed solely for the personal educational use of the enrolled student and may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, shared, distributed, published, or used for teaching without the prior written permission of Saule Tokenova.

  • Lessons may not be audio- or video-recorded, streamed, or otherwise captured without the prior written consent of Saule Tokenova.

  • By signing the Enrolment Agreement, the student (or the student's parent or legal guardian) confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Course Policy.
