GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions (the "Conditions"):
1.1 "Contract" means any contract concluded between Isle29 s.r.o., Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia, Company Number: 54 847 486, Tel: +421 902 333 592, Email: keeper@isle29.com ("ISLE29") and you for the sale and purchase of Products through the Website.
1.2 "Order" means the Products selected by you for purchase through the Website.
1.3 "Parties" means ISLE29 and you.
1.4 "Products" means physical products offered for sale through the Website. Products do not include services, online courses, memberships, subscriptions, or digital content unless expressly stated.
1.5 "Website" means www.isle29.com.
1.6 You agree that email may be used as a means of distance communication between the Parties.
2. Formation of the Contract
2.1 A Contract is concluded only when ISLE29 confirms acceptance of your Order by email. Submission of an Order does not constitute acceptance by ISLE29.
2.2 Acceptance of an Order is subject to successful authorisation and receipt of payment through the selected payment method.
2.3 These Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Shipping & Returns Policy published on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between the Parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4 ISLE29 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all prices displayed on the Website are accurate. If a pricing error is discovered after an Order has been placed, ISLE29 will notify you without undue delay and offer you the opportunity either to confirm the Order at the correct price or to cancel it. ISLE29 shall not be obliged to fulfil an Order placed at an incorrect price.
3. Price and Payment
3.1 Payment is deemed received only when cleared funds have been credited to ISLE29.
3.2 Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the Website include applicable taxes and standard packaging.
3.3 ISLE29 accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout. Available payment methods may change from time to time.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 ISLE29 aims to dispatch Products that are in stock within three (3) working days after receipt of payment.
4.2 Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4.3 Risk of loss of or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery or upon the first attempted delivery by the carrier.
4.4 International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other governmental fees imposed by the destination country. Such charges are your responsibility.
4.5 International shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
4.6 If delivery cannot be completed because you fail to accept delivery, fail to collect the Product within the carrier's prescribed collection period, provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or otherwise prevent successful delivery, and the Product is subsequently returned to ISLE29, the delivery shall be deemed to have been duly attempted in accordance with the Contract.
4.7 In such circumstances, ISLE29 shall be deemed to have fulfilled its contractual delivery obligation and shall not be responsible for any additional shipping, storage, customs, or other charges arising as a result of the failed delivery.
4.8 If you request that the returned Product be dispatched again, re-dispatch will be arranged only after the Product has been successfully returned to ISLE29 and upon payment of all additional shipping and associated costs.

5. Product Quality
5.1 ISLE29 warrants that, at the time of delivery, the Products correspond with their description, are free from material defects, and are of satisfactory quality.
5.2 If you believe that a Product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to its description, you should notify ISLE29 without undue delay by emailing keeper@isle29.com.
5.3 Nothing in these Conditions affects your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming Products under applicable consumer protection legislation.
6. Communication
6.1 Unless otherwise agreed, all communication between the Parties shall take place by email.
7. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
7.1 If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract without giving any reason within 14 days, subject to applicable consumer protection legislation.
7.2 The conditions governing the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the return of Products, refunds, and the Model Withdrawal Form are set out in the Shipping & Returns Policy available on the Website.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Nothing in these Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8.2 Subject to Clause 8.1, ISLE29 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from or in connection with the sale of the Products.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Conditions and any Contract concluded between the Parties shall be governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
9.2 If you are a consumer residing in another Member State of the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
10. Statutory Rights
10.1 Nothing in these Conditions excludes or limits any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
